Ingredients you won’t find in our products

NO PARABENS
Parabens can disrupt hormones in the body, mimicking the activity of estrogen in the body’s cells. They can also cause skin irritation and allergies.
NO MINERAL OIL
Mineral Oil is an occlusive moisturizer, so may clog pores, leading to potential skin irritation or acne. We use plant-based alternatives for a more sustainable approach.
NO PETROLEUM
Petroleum derivatives have been shown to cause clogged pores, inhibit circulation, and are potential carcinogens.
NO SILICONE
Silicones can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some people, especially those with sensitive skin, manifesting as redness, itching, or breakouts. They also might clog pores, leading to blackheads and acne.
NO PHTHALATES
An industrial chemical solvent, phthalates can damage the liver, kidneys, lungs, and reproductive system.
NO SULFATES
Often referred to as the most commonly used detergents in the beauty industry, sulfates are known to dry out your skin, and cause even more acne for some people.
NO FORMALDEHYDE
A highly toxic systemic poison, formaldehyde is a respiratory and skin irritant, and can cause asthma, ALS, nervous system damage, and cancer.
NO TRICLOSAN
Triclosan, a chemical commonly used as an antibacterial agent, can disrupt your hormone system, disrupt your skin’s microbiome, leading to rashes, inflammation, and acne.
