Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery when it occurs. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time within your account. Please note that any changes to your subscription must be actioned at least seven days prior to your next recurring order date in order for us to process. Our supplement subscription is structured so that you receive a 90-day supply every 90 days (in the form of three refill packs). When you sign up, your orders will auto-renew on a 90-day basis.
